Through our partnership with lululemon, we are grateful for Global Ambassador Manoj Dias’ time in sharing his skill with us surrounding the CSCA Conference.

As we live through the challenges of 2020 and 2021, there has hardly been a time in our lives when a focus on being mindful and mental health was so important. As S&C coaches we often focus on physiological adaptations, while being fully aware of the importance of psychological health. If you are fortunate, you work with a transdisciplinary team that includes a psychologist, psychiatrist, mental performance consultant and/or a mindfulness specialist such as Manoj.

Meet Manoj

Born and raised in the Theravada Buddhist tradition, Manoj Dias is an animated speaker, humble teacher, and always a friend who now lives in Venice, California. Once tethered to a life of self-management instead of self-awareness, he now intimately understands what it means to be healed from the inside out. Through mindfulness and meditation, Manoj has helped thousands of people around the world trade mania for pause, so that they may live fearlessly in honour of a happier and more meaningful life.

I will create diverse and inclusive global gatherings where people can feel present and connected with themselves and each other.
